If you saw something similar in a real mixed MMA fight then she must have been a great fighter. My ex-wife is a black belt in karate and I've often seen her spar. Seeing her grace, her skill and the discomfort on the faces of the men she was sparring with was great to see. You must have experienced similar feelings when you witnessed that mixed MMA fight.
I have always been pretty weak (even for male standards) and i have also always been aware how incredibly strong women are.
