Apologies for the "radio silence", so soon after "getting back on the horse" but another couple of life events have arisen which have once again taken all of my emotional energy. As some of you may have noticed. I have become more active again on the blog recently, having been distracted by several traumatic life events in the last 2-3 years. I feel the time is now right to resume my passion and to kick start things again, I'm opening a new open thread.
