100 Pull ups for time - Battle of the sexes

A perfect demonstration of what I and others have been describing on this blog for years now - the pure efficiency of female muscle.....Thanks to yboy for finding this clip...

  2. My wife and I did something similar a few years ago. I could barely get to 4 while she stopped at 25, smiling at me afterwards.

But this clip is indeed another example that female muscles are much more efficient.

    1. Your wife sounds like she's in great shape and living up to her feminine potential. INteresting in this clip is that this guy is obviously a major jock and prides himself on his physique. I'm sure he knew he could do 100 pullups, but once the contest started he quickly was exhausted trying to keep up with the pace the female had set. Her speed was more than he could handle, so he was winded while she just kept up a steady pace to the end.

    2. Hi yboy,

My wife is in great shape. She is into martial arts since she was 7 and started working out when she was a teen. Usually I'm not there when she worksout with her best friend but what I hear both ladies tell me is that they sometimes are involved in a similar contest. Not often but a few times over the years and with the same result as in this clip. It's great to see a woman beat a man in such a contest. I've also seen a few clips over the years on youtube where it was about push up challenges between men and women where the women also were victorious. The muscles of a man may look stronger but in the long run they are no match of the much more efficient muscles of a woman.

    3. Wow, that's great Tasslehoff, you're certainly a lucky man being married to an athletic Amazon. It's probably for the best that you're not around when your wife works out with her best friend, it woukd likely be a bit tough for the male ego.I'll bet the men they defeated all thought they were superior to any female and couldn't believe it when they discovered themselves to be the weaker sex after all. I know I've dealt with a few ego-bruisings over the years witnessing women do things I was raised to believe only males were capable of, only to see women do them better.

One thing is for sure when it comes to the physical prowess of women; every time men have assumed that females are limited to second place they are proven wrong. I've known women who actually believed that only men could even do pushups, this was some years ago, but now I don't think there's anyone who believes such silliness. As you say, not only can women do pushups, but their more efficient and durable muscles enable them to often do more than males. I've read some scientific research which seems to point to certain natural benefits of estrogen strengthening women's muscles, while testosterone actually damages male muscle even though it makes them bigger. How paradoxical is that?!!

Before the internet it was only anecdotal, but anyone can now see living proof and it's giving young women all the encouragement they need to smash the old ridiculous patriarchal notions of male supremacy. And more than a few women are not content with mere equality with males, why should they be when all the evidence points to female superiority?

    4. You obviously mean all the GENUINE evidence, yboy.

    5. Thank you, Striker. I'm corrected. There are still plenty of falsehoods presented as facts which are designed to support the myth of male equality with women.

      Delete
    6. They are actually designed to present men as superior to us, as patriarchy is not about any kind of equality and "green horses".

      Striker

    7. Of course patriarchy was originally invented as a way of enforcing the false doctrine of male superiority, but recently it has adopted another strategy. As a last gasp before it dies, many patriarchalists are now pretending to believe in basic equality of males and females. They will often allow for some areas of female superiority as long as no one challenges certain areas where males are still deemed superior. This tactic is a ploy to make patriarchy seem fair. Naturally the truth is that women are superior to males in all things, even in the area of physical power, which is male's greatest fear and the final death knell for patriarchy.

    8. Patriarchy's new strategy in fewer words: "Hiding the complete fraud behind a selective fraud" - it still is fraud, isn't it?

    9. "M-muh patriarchy"

      Delete
    10. Quite true Striker. Not only is patriarchy a complete fraud, but masculinity itself is a fraud. We males have to work very hard with the guidance of strong women to understand and admit our own fraudulent nature.

      Delete
    11. To unsigned comment: I don't understand what "M-muh" is supposed to mean in this case.

To yboy: I would actually say "the popular definition of masculinity" instead of "masculinity itself".

      Striker

      Delete
    12. Yes, Striker. Masculinity needs to be defined properly, sadly males seem unable to do it, so women will be the ones to clarify the truth about what masculinity really is.

      Delete
    13. It means patriarchy is your imaginary scapegoat

      Delete
    14. To yboy: Exactly my point.

To unsigned comment: Justify your claim.

      Striker

      Delete
    15. Justify my point? Don't you think it more difficult to convince others of the veracity of the existence of something inexistant, rather than something that does exist.
It is impractical and unfair to give the burden of proof to me

    16. Your claim is technically simple, so if it were true you would be easily able to prove it.

    17. In truth whatever anyone can say will never convince any adept on this site. Either because it's part of the unspoken agreement or (much scarier) they are truly stupid enough to believe in female supremacy from the bottom of their heart

But what I really want to say, Striker, is that I'm sorry I wasted both of our times knowing the outcome wouldn't change. I'll probably be happier using this site only for my own arousal. It might be more fun to play along like everyone else, superior goddess.

  3. I'm so glad you chose to highlight this. As you say, the pure efficiency of female muscle beats the crude bulkiness of the male every time. A few additional thoughts … it's clear from the start that the male never has an advantage in speed or endurance. The two competitors are essentially tied for the first 2/3 of the match, but you can see that the male is struggling to keep up … he grunts with effort and worries over his sore hands while she just pumps away silently and efficiently. Also, notice that he easily reaches his bar and she has to expend energy jumping up to begin each set, so she is actually forced to use more energy to reach the bar than the male.

When she pulls ahead at around 80, the male is already done. He knows he will never catch up and can only hope that she tires before he does. But when she hits 96 and he is just approaching 90, he is so exhausted that he hs to do his last ten pullups one by one while being urged on by the crew … He knows he has lost by a wide margin for all the world to see … his massive pecs, delts and biceps are basically dead weight. You get the distinct impression that the female could have kept going while he was ready to collapse.

    1. True Ace! Not only his face, though, it looks suspiciously like he was actually aroused by losing to her if you look there as he walks toward the camera. A surprisingly common male reaction to female power. :)

    2. Not so sure I would say the opposite, I think he felt totally emasculated, when men are defeated in real physical contests, testosterone drops making it harder for them to get it up unless the woman wants them too xD. But I hate the way guys say they are aroused when we beat them, as if to say its all about them again. We get turned on and it is up to us whether to arouse the man or not!

  5. Another good demonstration, female bodybuilder v male bodybuilder, she is laughing and finds it easy his face turns red from the exertion he gives it his all but is clearly so feeble against her!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dx0UAmyZJxw .Grrrlzzrule xD Ace

  6. Wow! Great vid, Ace. It's truly funny how his bloated muscles are useless against her superior power. Indeed ... "feeble" is an apt description of those oversized balloons he calls "muscles." He's smart enough to give up when he realizes he can't win. Maybe he's afraid she'll actually rip his bicep if he keeps struggling. ... There's another great clip on Christy Resendes' YouTube page where she arm wrestles a male boxer who gives her a real challenge but ultimately his muscles fail and he collapses and she wins the long struggle. BTW ... here's an amazing video of an Israeli Krav Maga woman taking on no fewer than 6 males and 2 other women. Interestingly, only the women give her any real difficulty as she totally demolishes the men with her lightning fast reflexes and massive power : https://youtu.be/U-f_ppG7r5Y

    1. Nice video, it is only a demonstration but female superiority ids obvious
and you are right about the torn bicep it is actually very dangerous for bb men to compete against fbb's in this kind of competition, it has happened a few times!!

    2. Perhaps the male biceps tear because the female muscle is simple made of stronger, better stuff. I have read several accounts of this being true.

      Delete
    3. Female muscle is entirely made of fully-functional fibres, gets better lubrication thanks to estrogens, is better-structured and has a better-working nerve system to cooperate with.

      Striker

    4. It's like the female is the deluxe version and the male is a poorly designed, badly built low budget knockoff.

      Delete
    5. If we use cars as a means of analogy here, I think the woman corresponds to the sporty version rather than the deluxe one, as we have a better power/weight ratio and our muscles also tend to "handle" much better.

      Striker

      Delete
    6. Yes. Great analogy. And these videos (the arm wrestling and the pull ups) are certainly proof of that. The men are basically big slow inefficient lumbering gas guzzlers and the women are fast strong agile sports cars.

      Delete
    7. Also, I think I understand what you mean by women's muscles "handle: much better> It's always been obvious that women have much more precise control of their muscles and so when you add the superior level of activation to that precision handling, women can focus their power much better than men can, magnifying their force even more.

      Delete
    8. Exactly, yboy.

  7. Indeed great clip. It was probably wise of him to give up, because it wouldn't be the first time that a guys biceps rips after an armwrestling match against a stronger woman.

    1. Of course the man seems to be joking about it, just to hide the embarrassment he feels. But I think that he has to be envious as he realizes that she has more power than him even though he thought he was naturally stronger because of his testosterone. We men will learn to envy the superior sex and we'll have to "man up (man down?)" to the fact that we are inferior. We are lucky to be able to provide comic amusement to the superior sex when they're not kicking our asses.

    2. He got PWND!!! ha ha
and like I said above you are right about the torn bicep it is actually very dangerous for bb men to compete against fbb's in this kind of competition, it has happened a few times - but not only could her female muscle force rupture his biceps she could of frayed his tendon until it goes out with a pop. in addition usually the musculotendinous structures are the limiting factor in arm wrestling but as male bb's are typically or he overmuscular for their bone size , the enormous violent torque forces that female muscle can generate across mans the humeral shaft not only rupturing the bicep but inflicting a spiral fracture in his humerous
There was actually a university study on voluntary muscle characteristics between male and female bodybuilders using a arm wrestling machine with strain gauges etc where this happened! Ace

      Delete
    3. Ace, I'm glad you brought up the issue of proportional bone/muscle size. Clearly the tendency of male muscle to 'bloat' due to testosterone creates an imbalance with the skeleton (as well as making the muscles themselves less durable and weaker in proportion to their size). Females have a big advantage not only in the protective power of estrogen, but the more logical balance between skeleton and muscle size. I believe it's well documented that women's muscles are significantly more powerful in proportion to their size. I'd love to see the university study if you know where it can be found.

  8. That's a very interesting video. It shows how women are naturally superior to men. They beat men at their own sport. All the society still wants to make us believe that men are physically stronger than women. But, in fact, women are stronger, and if they're well trained, they outmatch men. Maybe it's still hard to face that truth for us, the men, but it's a fact.

    1. Women were kept out of sports because males have always feared that women would prove themselves superior to males. Now it is finally happening. It's never easy to accept our male inferiority, but it is the truth.
